Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you change your mind before checking-out, just click the 'View Cart' button and remove unwanted items.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, letter or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packing charges will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Eminent Artists do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of Perishable Products, Personalised Products or Sealed Products where the seal has been broken.
Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. Our liability will be limited to the replacement or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper handling.
All goods are to be returned at your expense.
If you need to return any goods, please wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund on goods which are damaged during return transit.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
